We are looking for an ambitious, influential, social media savvy manager to help continue the journey of the fastest growing performance energy drink brand in the UK.  The core brands in the UK are No Carbs Company NOCCO, a healthier energy drink and Barebells; delicious bars and shakes rich on protein and low in sugar.  The Company’s biggest market is Scandinavia, but the products are sold across 40 countries, with strong growth in all markets - the UK and Ireland was the first subsidiary company.  

You will be working with our key pillars of social media, events, and athletes/ambassadors to increase brand awareness and create consumer demand.  You should be comfortable working in an environment where you are expected to proactively initiate activities to reach the brand goals. You are a social person who likes to network and create new relationships with colleagues and professional athletes alike. We have already been on quite a start-up/entrepreneurial ride, with the brand now firmly established in the sport & fitness space and already building out into mainstream retail, we need an activation manager with the skills to take us to the next level.  Whilst using our core social media, event, ambassador and athlete sponsorship pillars, we will also be looking at key mainstream media opportunities.  

In short your responsibilities will be:

  • Leading the NOCCO Ambassador programs- including: the identification & recruitment of Ambassadors, the activation of Ambassadors & the continuing development of our community 
  • Management of IG & responsible for creating engaging content for our social channels
  • Identification, activation and execution of our brand @ events
  • Activation of 3rd party partnerships, providing engaging content & building strong relationships
  • Regular alignment with & support for sales initiatives 
  • Activities which drive brand awareness and sales 
  • Handling the budget set for sponsoring, events, brand ambassadors as well as other marketing activations

If you’re the one we’re looking for to take NOCCO to the next level in the UK market, you have a few years of experience from similar roles, have the drive to initiate activities in order to reach our goal and are passionate about sports, fitness and lifestyle. You’re experienced in working with marketing, brand activation with a strong understanding of social media.

A successful candidate have the ability to develop impactful relationships at all levels of an organisations and are can influencing others with passion. You have a proven track record of brand building and enjoys working in a rapidly changing environment where you need to turn challenges into opportunities, explore new ways to grow the business and develop yourself. 

The position is full-time and based in London at the Vitamin Well UK Head Office but will require travel across the UK and will require presence at evening and weekend events.
