Vitamin Well Group is an international group of premium brands that develops, markets and sells functional food and drinks. Since our inception in Sweden back in 2006 we have expanded globally and today consist of multiple brands with offices in more than ten countries across Europe, USA and Asia.
Our Brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells, NOBE aloe vera, Tyngre and Smiling are in total represented in over 40 markets and our journey has only just begun. 5+ years of marketing experience with national programming focus
Open and excited to travel for select events in US

Manage Barebells budget to include best opportunities for maximum ROI
Be excited about the wellness /consumer lifestyle space
Understand negotiation, planning and logistics of local/small events vs. national/large scale initiatives
Manage Ambassador program
Negotiate agreements/ product seedings while monitoring deliverables
Build long lasting / meaningful relationships
Sponsor community events and brand aligned opportunities
Identifying and strategizing brand aligned partnerships
Impactful activation and execution of our Barebells branded events
Activation of 3rd party partnerships, providing engaging content & building strong relationships
Leveraging FMS team to support special events
Support PR initiatives: Trade / Consumer & Lifestyle opportunities
Partnering with social media manager to produce content and support ad campaigns
Alignment with & support of sales priorities nationally & locally
Spearheading product launches: new SKUS, limited edition flavors etc
Supporting DTC growth and sales
Collaborate with Swedish/Global team to identify synergies, opportunities & leverage resources
Leading design and production of branded assets: merch, swag, activation items

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
As part of the recruitment process, we may ask you to conduct a personality test as well as a test that measures logical ability. The purpose of the tests is to evaluate candidates as objective as possible and identify the best possible match for the role. The tests are based on solid research and are taken through our partner Alva Lab.
