YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Barebells Austria (under which Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well are included) is growing strongly and we are looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for the retailers in the grocery, drugstore- and convenience channels.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a good relationship with the retailers as well as identifying new potential partners to increase market penetration and development is the most important for us every day.
This position also has the responsibility to communicate and implement sales strategies and activities to maximize sales and work close with management and other teams to set the commercial agenda and to negotiate strong commercial agreements with customers. As our Key Account Manager, you will play an important role in the sales team, with a direct report to Managing Director Austria. You have the responsibility to ensure that we have the best conditions to establish and grow our brands to achieve our high ambitions within the grocery, drugstore- and convenience channels.
In short your responsibilities will be:
Internally, you will be part of building a small but strong and passionate sales team and are expected to work closely with the business and ensure our continued progress in the Austrian market.
- Drive availability, visibility & sales of NOCCO BCAA beverages, Barebells protein bars and Vitamin Well.
- Develop strong engaged partnerships with retailers in the grocery, drugstore- and convenience channels.
- Identify and develop new potential partners.
- Provide clear internal and external analysis of reports with focus on performance measures.
- Support marketing in developing awareness in local market.
- Lead and negotiate major customer negotiations.
- Ensure flawless executions of our customer agreements in the market also based on an effective collaboration with our Field Sales Force.
- Continuously develop our customer relationships in service of our ambitious growth plans.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
We are looking for a candidate, who shows a hands on attitude and has already gained 3-5 years relevant key account experience in FMCG / food & beverages within Austrian retail and convenience. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made at pace to ensure every opportunity is optimized. You want to be part of a team that is going to challenge market norms through agility, hard work and creativity – all while you want to have fun at work. The role has autonomy and ownership of their local market providing opportunity for creative solutions which engage both customer and consumers in NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well.

The Key Account Manager will report to the Managing Director in the Austrian organization. The position is full-time and you will work remote. We prioritize a place of residence in Vienna or the surrounding area.
