YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Barebells strong growth has increased the demand for awesome employees, and we are now looking for a superstar to fill the role of Marketing Activation Manager for the Barebells brand in the German market.

As Marketing Activation Manager you will be responsible for activating the brand and products in Germany with a focus on developing genuine relationships with ambassadors and consumers through events, sampling and social media. Barebells has a growing consumer base in the fields of sports, fitness and lifestyle communities why we would like you to be a social and active person who loves to meet and socialize with people. The successful candidate will enjoy being at the center of the relevant communities & building strong mutual partnerships is part of everyday activities.

In short, your responsibilities will be:

• Activities which drive brand awareness and sales in the German market

• Leading the German ambassador programs which includes identification & recruitment of ambassadors, activation of ambassadors & the continuing development of our community

• Management of social media which today consist of TikTok and Instagram. This includes creating content, analyze result and keeping a dialogue with the followers and ambassadors on the platforms.

• Identification, activation and execution of our brand at events

• Sampling

• Regular alignment with & support for sales initiatives such as POS-materials and demos in store.

Marketing Strategy is created by head office in Stockholm and this role is responsible to adjust and implement the strategy in the market together with Country Marketing Manager and Managing Director in Germany.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

If you’re the right candidate to take the Barebells brand to the next level in the German market, you have a few years of experience from similar roles, have the drive to initiate activities in order to reach our goals and are passionate about sports, fitness and lifestyle. You are experienced working in the field of brand activation with a strong understanding of social media.

The people who know you best would describe you as an energetic person with a can-do attitude and dedicated personality. Challenges motivate you to give your very best, and a healthy and active lifestyle is a big part of who you are. The successful candidate has the ability to develop impactful relationships at all levels of an organization and can influence others with passion. You have a proven track record of brand building and enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment where you need to turn challenges into opportunities, explore new ways to grow the business and develop yourself.

The position is full-time, starting immediately and is located in Hamburg. You will report directly to the Marketing Director. Travels may occur in connection to events and activations. You have a driver license.
