We are on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our journey. As a vital addition to our team, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead and be the driver of activity and work hands-on with all aspects of recruitment. Being our first addition to future inhouse talent acquisition function, your contribution will be instrumental in defining what world class talent acquisition looks like, thereby fuelling the Vitamin Well Journey.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Craft tailored recruitment plans that align with our strategic needs, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

Source Top Talent:
Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to discover and attract the best candidates. Utilize your professional network and referrals to tap into a diverse talent pool.
- Support in Packaging and Defining Jobs: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear and compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Screen and Assess Candidates: Conduct thorough screenings and utilize advanced assessment tools to determine candidates' skills and fit for the roles.
- Lead Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews, bringing a critical eye to candidate evaluation to ensure optimal fit to our company and the specific team.
- Strengthen Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align expectations and goals in the recruitment process.
What You'll Bring:
You are a natural problem solver with a keen analytical mind and a strong interest in people and organisations. With your relentless curiosity to learn and explore new innovative ways to find and attract top talent, you have truly embraced the possibilities fuelled by AI. With a background likely rooted in a search firm, complemented by achievements in an in-house talent acquisition role, you excel and thrive in working hands-on with recruitment.
Essential skills to succeed include:
- Well versed in recruitment/research methodology in how to hands-on search and attract candidates in a variety of talent groups and markets
- Data driven with an analytical mind and a hands-on approach to all aspects of recruitment.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- A passion for advancing and refining recruitment strategies through meticulous analysis of performance metrics.
- A commitment to developing our People & Culture function, driving initiatives that foster organizational growth.
- Excellent communications skills and fluency in English
