Tax Manager - Vitamin Well Group
Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

About the role
As Vitamin Well Group continues to expand internationally, tax plays an increasingly important role in supporting the business across markets, entities, and commercial initiatives. We are now looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our Finance team and take ownership of the Group’s international tax agenda. In this role, you will drive tax compliance, structure, and strategic initiatives across multiple markets.
You will take ownership of both strategic and operational tax matters, with a particular focus on international tax and US-related matters. Working closely with senior stakeholders, external advisors, and authorities globally, you will also contribute to the continued development of scalable tax processes and frameworks for a rapidly growing international business.
What you will do
Own and drive direct and indirect tax matters across the Group, including corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, customs, and broader international tax matters
Act as a strategic business partner on tax-related matters connected to international growth, expansion, commercial initiatives, and cross-border operations
Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams to support robust tax reporting, compliance, and governance processes across the Group
Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities globally
Monitor international tax developments and proactively assess potential business impact and risks
Participate in strategic projects, including restructurings, international expansion initiatives, and process improvements
Who you are
You are an experienced tax professional who is comfortable operating independently in a complex international environment. You combine strong technical expertise with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset, and enjoy navigating complexity, building structure, and acting as a trusted advisor to the business.
You are equally comfortable discussing technical tax matters with advisors as you are partnering with senior business stakeholders on commercial initiatives. You know how to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach when needed.
Beyond your technical expertise, you are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in an international environment where priorities can shift quickly.
We believe you have:
7+ years of relevant experience within international tax, ideally with experience from both a multinational company and a Big Four or other advisory environment
A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or equivalent
Solid experience working with corporate income tax, international tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax matters
Exposure to or experience working towards the US market and understanding of US-related tax implications is considered a plus
Experience supporting international expansion, legal entity structures, and cross-border operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience from an international FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or other high-growth environment is highly valued.
Welcome with your application at the latest July 31st 2026.
We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV. Please note that the recruitment process may take longer than usual due to the summer holiday period.
