To support this, we are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service. This is a hands-on role where agility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key to success.
Whether you are early in your career and eager to grow, or already have solid experience in customer service and enjoy working in an operational, high-paced environment, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, works with precision, and have a good analytical mindset.
About the role
As Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator with Vitamin Well Denmark, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from both B2B and D2C, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and finance. You will play a central role in ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and that every interaction reflects our high standards for service and professionalism. You will report to the Operations Manager and be based at our Danish headquarters in central Copenhagen.
When you step into this role, you will quickly take ownership of customer service, and coordination across teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. As you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to expand your tasks into for example order management, stock-level analyses, and overall contribute to making our customer service function even more agile and effective, supporting both internal teams and external partners in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Handle customer/consumer inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally
Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations
Ensure correct pricing and invoicing, maintaining accurate records
Monitor stock levels and deliveries, proactively addressing potential issues
Continuously improve processes, finding ways to work smarter and faster
Who are you
1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Strong analytical skills and IT-savvy mindset
The ability to work at a high pace while maintaining precision
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Fluency in Danish and English
