About the role
At Vitamin Well Group, every product launch, campaign and digital touchpoint starts with great communication. As our next Communications Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring that our digital content is accurate, up to date and aligned with our brands across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, E-commerce, Product Development, Regulatory, Legal, Sales and our international markets. Acting as a central point of contact for content and information, you will help ensure everything is in place before it reaches our consumers.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing and publishing digital content across our websites, including product information, campaign pages and news.
Coordinating product launches, campaigns and competitions, working closely with Marketing and E-commerce to ensure successful delivery.
Quality assuring product and marketing content, ensuring all communication aligns with our brand guidelines as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Acting as a central point of contact for incoming requests, coordinating shared inbox enquiries and supporting international markets and internal stakeholders with information and communication.
Maintaining product information and FAQs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve content, information flows and ways of working.
Who you are
You are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy creating structure in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating across teams and making sure every detail is in place before something goes live.
You are proactive, collaborative and enjoy working behind the scenes to enable successful launches and campaigns. Most importantly, you take pride in delivering high-quality work and understand the importance of accurate communication.
We also believe you have:
Experience working with digital content, websites, CMS or e-commerce platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Experience coordinating projects, campaigns or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Professional communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in both spoken and written form
Experience from an international organisation, FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment is considered an advantage.
