Commercial Operations Analyst - Vitamin Well Group

As we continue expanding globally, we are strengthening our Commercial Operations team with a Commercial Operations Analyst who enjoys turning data into insights and driving better business decisions.
About the role
Data and insights play an increasingly important role in how we make commercial decisions. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to provide reporting and insights that help us understand performance, identify opportunities and make better commercial decisions.
From distribution cost analysis and financial reporting to business cases and process improvements, you will transform data into actionable insights that improve the way we work and enable better commercial decisions across our global organisation.
What you'll do
Commercial Performance & Analytics
Own and continuously develop distribution cost reporting across our global markets.
Analyse logistics and distribution costs to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Build business cases to support commercial negotiations and strategic initiatives.
Develop dashboards and performance reporting for stakeholders across the business.
Financial Control & Governance
Coordinate month-end logistics cost closing activities.
Validate invoices and support approval processes.
Monitor logistics spend against budgets and contracts.
Support accruals, forecasting and financial reporting.
Business Support
Provide analytical support for commercial negotiations, supplier reviews and tenders.
Support projects related to warehouse implementations and transportation optimisation through data analysis.
Deliver ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
Drive automation and standardisation of reporting processes.
Improve data quality and reporting accuracy, primarily in Power BI.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
Who are you
You enjoy working with numbers but are equally motivated by understanding the business behind them. You are curious, structured and proactive, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights that support decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy improving processes rather than simply maintaining them.
You probably have:
2–4 years of experience in an analytical role within Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial Operations, Finance or a similar function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI or another BI platform.
A good understanding of financial processes, including cost analysis, budgeting and month-end reporting.
Experience supporting commercial decisions through analysis and business cases.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
