Global Quality Specialist - Vitamin Well I NOCCO I Barebells
Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

We are expanding our Global Quality team and are looking for a skilled quality professional to join us at Vitamin Well Group HQ in Stockholm.
As we grow across markets, suppliers and production setups, maintaining quality is about more than applying standards. It requires strong judgement, structured problem-solving and the ability to bring people together and drive issues through to resolution. In this role, you will combine hands-on quality expertise with project leadership across our brands, suppliers and markets.

About the role
As Global Quality Specialist, much of your work will centre on products already in production and on the market. When an issue arises, you will lead the work from investigation to resolution, bringing together the right stakeholders across Global Quality, Product Development, Regulatory, Sourcing and Operations. You will establish root cause, drive corrective actions and make sure solutions are implemented and effective.
You will work across brands, categories and supplier setups, collaborating closely with colleagues within Global Quality. Responsibilities may be shared depending on business needs and the nature of the issue. This includes working directly with co-manufacturers and suppliers, including on site when needed.
Based at our group headquarters in Stockholm, you will report to the Global Head of Product Development and Quality.
In short, you will:
Own quality performance across selected product areas, brands and supplier setups
Lead quality investigations and drive corrective actions through to effective closure
Secure product quality and food safety across suppliers, production sites and markets
Work with co-manufacturers and suppliers to solve problems, improve performance and reduce risk
Ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulatory frameworks
Strengthen quality systems, ways of working and awareness across the organisation
What you can expect
A global role spanning brands, products, suppliers and markets
Quality challenges that require both technical expertise and project leadership
Close access to the teams making decisions across Product Development, Sourcing, Regulatory and Operations
A fast-moving environment where getting things right matters more than making it sound complicated
Who are you?
You have solid, hands-on experience in quality, working closely with manufacturers, suppliers and production sites. You have the technical foundation to understand an issue, but also the project leadership skills to coordinate the work required to solve it.
You are proactive, pragmatic and comfortable working in an environment where processes provide the framework, but not always the answer. At your core, you are a problem-solver who makes sound judgements, adapts your approach and drives issues towards a solution. You know when to challenge, when to involve others and when to act – and you follow through until the result holds.
Essential skills to succeed
At least five years of professional experience in Quality, working with manufacturing, suppliers and production sites
Experience independently leading cross-functional quality investigations or improvement projects across suppliers, production sites and multiple stakeholders
University degree, preferably in food science, nutrition, chemistry, production management or a related field
Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis and risk management
Strong working knowledge of EU food safety and regulatory requirements, with experience applying them in a professional Quality context
Proven ability to solve problems and drive corrective actions through to resolution
Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation and project leadership skills
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
How to Apply
Application deadline: September 27th 2026
