International Category Manager - Barebells I Vitamin Well I NOCCO
Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

Our Global Category Management function develops the strategies and frameworks that guide our category work across markets. As the function has evolved, we have also built an expanding team of local Category Managers in our core markets, translating these into strong commercial execution.
We are now looking for an International Category Manager to take broad ownership of Category Management across our international markets, working closely with the Global Head of Category Management and our local commercial teams.

About the role
As International Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies across our international markets, adapting them to local market needs and opportunities.
You will work closely with colleagues across Category Management, Insights and Shopper Marketing, and partner with Managing Directors, Sales leads and customers across our markets. The role brings together category strategy, local market priorities and customer collaboration, with a clear commercial focus on growing our categories.
The role reports to the Global Head of Category Management and is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm (alternative locations in Copenhagen, Amsterdam or Hamburg may be considered).
Your work happens close to the markets, local teams and customers — where insights matter only when they become actions.
In short your responsibilities will be
Category ownership: Responsibility for the category agenda with retailers and the Sales organisation, ensuring clear direction and measurable commercial outcomes.
Shopper- & customer-centred category development: Insight-grounded recommendations on assortment, pricing, placement and category performance, delivered in close collaboration with key customers.
Market plans and priority initiatives: Ownership of category plans and customer projects that shape growth, strengthen execution and support new business opportunities.
Commercial tools and communication: Development of concept sells, sales materials and internal playbooks that elevate launches, annual reviews and commercial dialogues.
Insight, analysis and opportunity identification: Continuous evaluation of consumer, shopper, market and category data to define opportunities and guide the actions that matter most.
What you can expect
A genuinely international category role. Work with markets at different stages of maturity, each with its own customers, challenges and opportunities.
Broad ownership in a lean global setup. Work closely with the Global Head of Category Management, with real scope to influence priorities and how we develop our categories.
Brands with momentum. Help shape the category growth of Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well as we continue to grow and develop internationally.
Close to the commercial reality. This is a hands-on role where insights and category thinking need to translate into customer decisions and action.
Who are you
You are an analytical and commercially grounded category professional who knows how to turn data and insights into clear recommendations and action. You build strong relationships with commercial teams and customers, while being confident in challenging, prioritising and bringing your own perspective. Collaborative and pragmatic, you are comfortable taking ownership and getting things moving in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
