Forecast Analyst - Vitamin Well | NOCCO | Barebells
Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

Vitamin Well Group is growing fast – across markets, brands and products. Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells, NÅBE and Tyngre continue to expand internationally, bringing more products, launches and demand into an already fast-moving business. With that growth comes a bigger forecasting challenge. We are now looking for a Forecast Analyst to join us in a new role, strengthening the connection between commercial forecasting and production and supply planning.
About the role
As a Forecast Analyst, you will work with sales & production forecasts from across our markets to understand how demand is developing and what is driving change. You will dig into trends and deviations, follow up with our markets and challenge the assumptions behind their forecasts.
Your analysis will help identify changes in demand early and give Operations a stronger basis for production and supply planning. This means moving between detailed data, commercial input and operational implications.
Based at our Stockholm HQ, you will be part of the Global Sales organisation, collaborating with stakeholders internationally and working closely with colleagues across Sales and Operations.
In short your responsibilities will be:
Consolidate sales forecasts across markets and products to build a clear global view of expected demand.
Analyse forecast performance, sales trends and deviations to identify changes in demand, risks and opportunities.
Follow up with markets on forecast assumptions, significant changes and discrepancies.
Translate forecast developments into clear insights for production and supply planning.
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our sales forecasting process, with a focus on consistent ways of working, forecast accuracy and data quality.
What you can expect
Forecasting that rarely stands still. Multiple markets, frequent product launches and changing demand mean your analysis directly supports production and supply decisions.
Close collaboration with experienced colleagues across Sales and Operations, building your understanding of how forecasting impacts the wider business.
The chance to develop your forecasting expertise and gradually take on broader commercial analysis, working with strong consumer brands across an international organisation.
Who are you
You are analytical, sharp and curious about what sits behind the numbers. When a forecast does not add up, you dig deeper, ask the right questions and are comfortable challenging assumptions rather than simply accepting the input in front of you.
Working across markets, Sales and Operations, you can keep track of the detail without losing the bigger picture. You take ownership, drive follow-up and are comfortable navigating different perspectives to move the work forward.
Essential skills
Experience within forecasting, demand planning or a closely related analytical role.
Experience working with commercial data and turning analysis into clear insights.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and confidence working across functions.
A relevant university degree within business, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Additional experience we value
Experience from FMCG, food, beverages or other consumer goods environments.
Understanding of production and supply chain, including how changes in demand affect operational planning.
Experience working with BI or planning systems.
How to Apply
Application deadline: November 13th 2026
We review applications on an ongoing basis and may fill the position before the application deadline. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.
