Supply Planner Coordinator - Vitamin Well I NOCCO I Barebells
Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

A successful product launch starts long before the products reach the shelves. Production needs to stay on schedule, deliveries need to arrive on time and when plans change, someone needs to act. We are now looking for a Supply Planner Coordinator to join our Supply Planning team in Stockholm, with a particular focus on Barebells Bars. A role where attention to detail, quick thinking and getting things done make a real difference.
About the role
As Supply Planner Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of production and supply activities, working closely with our Supply Planner, external manufacturing partners and internal teams to help ensure our products reach the right markets at the right time. You will work alongside experienced planners, taking ownership of defined operational tasks while building your expertise in supply planning.
You will coordinate purchase orders, track production and deliveries, monitor inventory levels and keep planning data accurate. When delays, shortages or unexpected changes arise, you will help identify potential issues early, follow up with the right people and work towards a solution. Your ability to stay on top of the details and act when something needs attention will be important to keeping our supply operations on track.
The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and reports to Head of Supply Planning.
In short, your responsibilities will be:
Support production planning and scheduling in collaboration with external manufacturing partners.
Manage purchase orders, confirmations and delivery dates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Track production progress, deliveries and inventory levels to identify potential delays or shortages.
Maintain accurate planning data and help investigate and resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries and stock.
Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to follow up on supply and delivery priorities.
Support planning updates, reporting and improvements to planning processes.
What you can expect
Real business impact: Be part of a team where your work contributes to product availability and successful launches across our markets.
Hands-on experience: Build your knowledge of supply planning through daily collaboration with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
Room to grow: Gradually take on more responsibility and develop your skills, with the opportunity to progress towards a Supply Planner role.
Who are you
You enjoy a structured approach to work, but also the challenge of adapting when priorities shift. A delayed delivery, changing production schedules or several urgent issues at once? You stay sharp, figure out what needs attention first and get things moving.
You have an eye for detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture. Taking ownership and following through come naturally, and you are quick to speak up when something needs attention. You learn quickly, take responsibility and find motivation in solving problems when it matters.
Essential skills to succeed:
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
The ability to prioritize and maintain accuracy when plans change and deadlines are tight.
A practical, analytical approach to identifying problems and finding solutions.
Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus.
How to Apply
Application deadline: November 15th 2026
