NOCCO USA is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about fitness, community building, and creating an inclusive brand experience. You will support the marketing team in developing campaigns, managing social media, and engaging with our fitness-driven audience. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and grow within a supportive, dynamic brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Support:
- Collaborate on content ideas that align with NOCCO's brand pillars (Muscle, College, Community, Lifestyle) to drive audience interaction.
- Identify potential creators to partner with in those previously mentioned pillars.
- Monitor social media trends and feedback, and report on social performance.
Campaign & Event Support:
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in-person activations.
- Help plan and execute product launches, brand partnerships, and events, ensuring alignment with NOCCO’s goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Content Coordination:
- Assist in the coordination of photo and video shoots that capture the essence of NOCCO’s lifestyle and values.
- Work with the team to collect and organize photos, videos, and other creative assets for digital and social campaigns.
- Ensure marketing materials are updated and distributed to key partners, including retailers and event sponsors.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in coordinating meetings, presentations, and reports for the brand manager.
- Help maintain marketing databases, tracking campaign details and performance.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related roles (experience in the fitness or CPG industry is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm for fitness, community, and the NOCCO brand.
