As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead and coordinate digital marketing campaigns for our DTC webshops across Europe. You will manage CRM activities, including email marketing and automation, oversee paid social media advertising, and collaborate with internal teams for content creation and campaign execution. Your role will also involve analysing, optimising, and reporting on campaign performance to ensure we achieve our marketing goals. 

You will report to the Head of eCommerce and be part of the global eCommerce team at our Vitamin Well Group HQ in Stockholm.

The position is temporary from February 2025 until February 2026. As a growing company, this role offers ample opportunity to explore potential future pathways with us.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Plan and coordinate webshop campaigns, including homepage banners and landing pages.
• Create and manage newsletters and email flows in Klaviyo.
• Upload and manage ads via Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram).
• Handle campaign pricing, discount codes, and campaign administration.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance, test strategies, and provide follow-up reports.
• Manage Klaviyo for pop-ups, forms, and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with local market teams in Germany, UK, and France.
• Utilise Asana for effective project management and task coordination.

Who are You:

You are a proactive digital marketing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re a team player with exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for digital marketing are essential. You take initiative, work independently, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, ready to make an impact in a dynamic team setting.

Essential Skills to Succeed:

• Prior experience with email marketing in e-commerce, using platforms like Klaviyo or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks.
• A team player who can also work independently and take responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Swedish skills.
• Relevant qualification in marketing or e-commerce.
• Experience with WooCommerce and Meta Business Manager is preferred but not required.
