Group Treasurer for Vitamin Well Group!
Are you ready to take the next step in your treasury career and join a fast-growing company with a global presence? Vitamin Well Group is expanding rapidly with a strong market position across Europe and North America. We are now looking for a skilled Group Treasurer to help manage and optimize our treasury operations during this exciting phase. Based at our headquarters in Stockholm, you will report directly to the CFO and be an important part in driving the financial success of our company.
About the Role:
This position offers a unique opportunity to take on board treasury responsibilities within our rapidly growing company. In this key role within our finance department, you will be instrumental in shaping the development of the treasury function and optimizing related processes. As our Group Treasurer, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the company’s cash flows and the proactive monitoring of financial risks to ensure the continued financial health and stability of the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cash management and financial transactions across global operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage bank accounts and ensure efficient set up of the group’s cash pooling arrangements.
- Be responsible for short term cash flow forecasting ensuring proper working capital management.
- Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
- Manage treasury reporting for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Monitor the group’s currency and interest rate hedging positions, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Debt covenant reporting.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in providing financial analysis to support the CFO and senior management in strategic decision-making. Furthermore, you will act as the coordinator for the group’s risk management process, assisting the CFO in managing financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity.
Who are you?
You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, and we believe you have previous experience in areas such as banking, debt financing, or cash management, combined with treasury-related tasks, transaction services, or business control.
We are looking for a highly ambitious, self-motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can work independently and take full ownership of your responsibilities. Ideally, you have prior experience in a treasury function and are eager to take on significant responsibility while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders. Your ability to think critically and adapt quickly will be key to succeeding in this role, where integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach are essential to driving impactful results.
