In the UK and Ireland, NOCCO launched in 2018 followed shortly by Barebells. Today, the two brands are present across multiple channels including grocery, online, convenience and sport and fitness. Vitamin Well joined the portfolio as the third brand in April this year. For the role of National Account Manager, we are looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives on taking the initiative to drive brand and commercial goals. This role reports to the Head of Channel and offers a blend of working offsite and collaborating at our central London headquarters.
What You Will Be Working On:
As National Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving success with our key customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing Partnerships: Build and manage profitable customer relationships, seeking new opportunities and strengthening existing ones.
- Driving Execution: Activate strategic plans to deliver on sales, distribution, and financial goals, ensuring seamless execution and consumer impact.
- Boosting Growth: Create and deliver tailored customer plans that drive volume growth, brand presence, and business results.
- Maximising ROI: Ensure spend, ROI, and promotional activities are optimised to meet objectives.
- Championing Collaboration: Represent the brand with professionalism while contributing to wider commercial and sales strategies.
This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaborative teamwork to achieve success.

What You Bring
Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Experience in UK sales channels, ideally with established customer relationships.
- Familiarity with high-paced environments, preferably in FMCG, particularly within drinks or food categories.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to inform decisions and drive actions.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and impactful in both written and verbal forms.
- Skilled negotiator with effective customer management experience.
- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyse, manipulate, and present data.
- Solutions-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in addressing challenges and opportunities.
- Hands-on approach with strong potential for strategic thinking.
