Our global Product department, consisting of Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Sourcing, ensures that every product we offer is of exceptional taste and quality, meeting regulatory and industry standards across all markets. With 50+ new product launches annually, we work closely with co-manufacturers and raw material suppliers worldwide to uphold these standards.
Now, we are expanding our Global Quality team, offering a unique opportunity for someone ready to apply their expertise, tackle challenges, and drive improvements in a global setting.

As part of a growing team in a fast-moving company, you will work closely with colleagues across functions, tackling real challenges and making an immediate impact.
As you settle in, your role will evolve—driving long-term improvements, optimizing supplier performance, and shaping quality strategies that scale with our growth. This is your chance to bring your experience to the table, contribute to a dynamic team, and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure and improve product quality by applying your expertise across the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with co-manufacturers and suppliers to resolve quality challenges and implement improvements, collaborating with a global network spanning from Korea to the USA.
- Contribute to new product development, integrating quality considerations early to ensure smoother launches.
- Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes, ensuring food safety, compliance, and best practices.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across product packaging and claims, aligning with industry standards.
- Educate and support teams on quality standards, driving awareness and adherence across the organization.
- Investigate and resolve quality deviations, using root cause analysis to implement lasting solutions.
- Analyze quality data and trends, providing insights to improve processes and inform key decisions.

What You Bring
- Experience in quality assurance, ideally within food, beverages, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
- Alternatively, a background in production management with a strong understanding of quality systems and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific quality and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, working with suppliers and production teams to uphold quality standards. High-speed, high-volume manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Project management skills, with a track record of improving quality and production processes.
- Analytical mindset, using data to solve problems and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
