We operate in 40+ markets, leveraging local teams and strong distributor partnerships. With the success of Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells, our footprint in APAC has expanded rapidly. Now active in six markets, we are focused on building brand love through digital engagement, activations, and strategic retail growth.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive Asia & Middle East to support the growth of Barebells, Vitamin Well and NOCCO in the region. This is a hands-on marketing role perfect for someone looking to gain experience across brand marketing, digital engagement, and event execution.

The position is based in Singapore and reports to the Managing Director APAC. As the business grows, some regional travel will be required.

What You Will Do

• Social Media & Content Coordination – Assist in content planning, influencer engagement, and social media management (Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms).
• Brand Activations & Events – Help plan and execute brand activations, grassroots events, and retail marketing initiatives.
• Distributor & Partner Support – Work closely with local distributors and partners to ensure strong marketing execution.
• Product Launches & Retail Execution – Support new product launches and retail marketing efforts in the region.
• Marketing Assets & Merchandise Management – Handle marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Product Send-Outs & Campaigns – Organize and track product send-outs for influencers and key campaigns.
• Marketing Execution & Reporting – Provide updates on campaign performance and support cross-functional teams in marketing initiatives.
• Administrative & Resource Management – Maintain marketing materials, decks, and resources while assisting in day-to-day tasks.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Social Media & Content Coordination – Basic understanding of social media management, content creation, and influencer engagement.
• Event & Activation Support – Experience assisting with brand activations, events, and retail marketing.
• Distributor & Partner Support – Strong ability to coordinate with external partners and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Project & Task Management – Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative & Detail-Oriented Mindset – Ability to execute marketing plans, contribute ideas, and ensure brand consistency.
• Adaptability & Teamwork – Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate across different teams and markets.

What You Need

• 3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing 
• Experience in the fitness, FMCG, or CPG industry is a plus.
• Experience from of social media engagement and content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Experience with marketing in distributor-led markets is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus).
• Must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident (visa sponsorship is not available).
