Vitamin Well made its debut in the US market in 2019, initially introducing the NOCCO Performance Drink, followed by the launch of Barebells in 2020. Since then, the company has witnessed remarkable growth, with its products now widely available across the country in various gyms, gas stations, and grocery stores, including well-known chains such as Trader Joe's, Walmart, 7 Eleven, and numerous others. The US market has rapidly emerged as having one of the most significant volume increases across our markets. In response to this success, we have developed and launched products specifically designed to meet the unique preferences and needs of the US consumer.

Vitamin Well is growing fast! We are seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to lead the growth of our brands, including Barebells protein bars and NOCCO performance energy drinks, within key regional grocery accounts.
This role focuses on establishing strategic partnerships with grocery channel customers, driving product distribution, and maintaining strong relationships with distributor partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the grocery channel, working with grocery distributors (UNFI, KEHE), and a proven ability to deliver sales growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies for assigned regional grocery customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with grocery chain headquarters and distributor contacts.
- Expand product placement by securing new accounts and increasing SKU distribution within existing customers.
- Plan, negotiate, and implement promotional activities to optimize sales and achieve growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for retailers and distributors, ensuring our brands are top-of-mind for category growth.
Skills and Qualifications Desired:
Experience:
- 3 years CPG sales experience at headquarter level in the grocery channel.
- Current relationships and/or working knowledge of managing distributors.
- Commitment to timely communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel (25-35%) to support customer visits, sales activations, and promotions.
Skills:
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and strategies clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of grocery channel dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Expertise in forecasting and sales planning.
PREFERRED LOCATION: Based in the Central or Eastern US, ideally in or near a major FMCG hub such as Chicago or Atlanta.
TRAVEL: 25-35%
