Want to turn strategy into action – and see the impact of your work every day? We’re looking for a Digital Merchandiser to join our digital sales team and take charge of everything from product presentation to conversion and performance.

About the role
We’re hiring a Digital Merchandiser to join our growing Digital Sales team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for how our products show up online – from structure and content to conversion and performance. You’ll work across campaigns, launches and day-to-day site optimization to make sure our digital shelves are always up to date, relevant, and easy to navigate.
This position covers our brand sites – Tyngre, Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells – all with growing reach across the Nordics, wider Europe, and North America.
Your main responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital merchandising strategies that support product visibility, campaign performance and overall conversion.
- Own the setup and optimization of product listings, categories, sorting logic and filters.
- Keep the site up to date – homepages, landing pages and product pages – based on campaigns, product drops and seasonal shifts.
- Work closely with the marketing, design and local teams to align timing and messaging.
- Use performance data (e.g. bounce rate, CTR, conversion) to guide priorities and continuous improvements.
- Spot gaps or missed opportunities in how we structure or present products – and suggest improvements.
- Make sure all product content is correct, consistent and optimized for search.
- Support A/B testing and site improvements together with UX and dev teams.
About the team
You’ll be part of a focused digital team, with close collaboration across functions. We work in a fast-paced environment with short decision paths – which means there’s room to take ownership and push ideas forward. You’ll have clear responsibilities, but also the freedom to identify improvements and run with them.
Who we’re looking for
We believe you have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or a related field, and around two years of hands-on experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce. You’re comfortable working in CMS platforms and using tools like Google Analytics to guide your decisions. You understand how users move through an e-commerce site and know how to improve that experience – whether it’s through better structure, stronger content or smarter logic.
You’re detail-oriented, structured and proactive. You’re used to collaborating across teams and not afraid to follow up or push forward when needed. If you’ve worked with SEO, A/B testing, personalization tools or marketplaces like Amazon – that’s a definite plus, but not a requirement.
