Vitamin Well Group in the US
Vitamin Well made its debut in the US market in 2019, initially introducing NOCCO, followed by the launch of Barebells in 2020. Since then, the company has witnessed remarkable growth, with its products now widely available across the country in various gyms, gas stations, and grocery stores. Our team is characterized by its high level of engagement, agility, and a shared passion for ensuring our brands become a staple in households across the US.
The US market has rapidly emerged as having one of the most significant volume increases across our markets. In response to this success, we have developed and launched products specifically designed to meet the unique preferences and needs of the US consumer.
About the role
The Gym Sales Representative is responsible for developing distribution & sales within the fitness channel (gyms, functional fitness, specialty stores). The ideal candidate will be passionate about the fitness scene, excited to integrate themselves in the community & entrepreneurial with a solution mindset. The fitness channel is at the heart of everything we do & this position is vital to engaging consumers who are looking for better-for-you brands for their everyday life. The role has autonomy and ownership of their local market providing opportunity for creative solutions which engage both customer and consumers in NOCCO and Barebells.
In this role, success looks like:
- Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives in the market by having efficiently planned routes and intentional visits.
- Manage regional distribution and sales of NOCCO and Barebells by working and engaging with local and national distributors.
- Consistently collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts.
- Regularly visit clients and conduct follow-up visits to assess needs, manage inventory, enhance sales through upselling/cross-selling, promote trials/samples, and maintain promotion awareness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with fitness and other accounts, advising on product selections and order processes.
- Support marketing in developing awareness in your markets by managing local sampling team efforts and coordinating relevant activations, events, and demos.

Skills and Qualifications Desired:
- At least 1 year of sales experience and account management, preferable in one of the following industries: food & beverage, hospitality, distribution, or CPG
- Understanding of KPI's and administrative requirements needed from Sales
- Managers to successfully track and manage account performance
- Experience with managing and executing activation events to drive brand awareness
- Proven experience in managing relationships with customers and distributors
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Collaborative skills – demonstrated proficiency in working with others and having a mindset of teamwork and overall group success

TRAVEL: Must be able to travel daily to accounts and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
