With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

Vitamin Well Group is looking for a Partnership Manager - Contract Manufacturing to join our Strategic Sourcing team at the Stockholm headquarters - someone with strong commercial skills, ready to take ownership of our relationships with external manufacturers.
About the role
In this role, your primary focus will be to manage and develop commercial relationships with external production partners, securing and optimizing outsourced manufacturing across our international and local brands - including NOCCO, Vitamin Well, Barebells, NOBE Aloe Vera, and Smiling Concept.
You will report to the Head of Supplier Relations and work closely with key cross-functional teams within Product Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs as well as team members managing raw material sourcing. Your work will directly impact our production footprint and scalability globally.
Key responsibilities
- Manufacturing partner management: Build and maintain strategic, commercially driven relationships with co-manufacturers and outsourced production partners across categories and regions.
- Commercial negotiations: Lead pricing and contract discussions with external production partners to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and flexibility.
- Production onboarding: Drive RFQ and sourcing activities, securing the successful onboarding of new manufacturers and product lines into the supply chain.
- Performance monitoring: Lead reviews and audits with co-manufacturers to ensure continuous performance and improvement.
- Continuous improvements: Identify and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with co-manufacturers—ranging from capacity and output expansion to sustainability and process enhancements.
- Risk management: Identify potential production bottlenecks or dependencies and implement proactive sourcing strategies.

- Proven experience in outsourced production and co-manufacturer management
- A strong mix of strategic thinking and operational drive
- Solid negotiation skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and process-driven ways of working
- Confidence in working independently and collaboratively across functions
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
What you’ll gain
- Ownership of manufacturer relationships from day one.
- Influence over how we scale production to match international growth.
- A close-knit, high-performing team that values sharp thinking and pragmatic execution.
