About the role
As our Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be the in-house expert at Vitamin Well Group for paid social media. You will play a central role in planning, executing, and following up campaigns across all brands and markets, with a primary focus on Meta platforms.
This is a recently established and hands-on role where your ability to collaborate with local teams, ensure best-in-class execution, and continuously improve performance through structured follow-up will be key to success. You will be based at our HQ in Stockholm and work closely with both central and local marketing teams across multiple countries.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate paid social campaigns across all brands and local markets, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency.
- Performance Follow-Up: Track and analyse campaign results, identify learnings, and work with local teams to optimise future activities.
- Platform Expertise: Act as the internal specialist on Meta Business Manager and similar tools. Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with local marketing teams, provide guidance, training, and support to strengthen their local paid media capabilities.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain central reporting structures and dashboards to ensure clear visibility of campaign activity and results across markets.
What you will achieve:
- In your first 3–6 months, you will establish ways of working for campaign coordination and follow-up, build trust with internal teams and platform partners, and ensure clear visibility in tracking and reporting.
- From 6 months onward, you will optimise campaign quality and consistency, strengthen local capabilities, and streamline collaboration. Over time, you will roll out a scalable paid social framework to support brand growth and continuously improve planning, execution, and follow-up.
Who are you
- Experience. 6+ years in paid social media, with a strong track record of directly running campaigns—most likely including time in an agency, equipping you to manage multiple brands, markets, and shifting priorities.
- Campaign execution. Experienced in planning and executing campaigns end to end, with precision, structure, and a deep understanding of platform tools.
- Platform expertise. Deep understanding of formats, audience dynamics, and platform behaviours—and how to translate them into brand-building outcomes.
- Data-driven & analytical. Comfortable interpreting performance metrics, drawing insights, and using them to optimise future campaigns.
- Stakeholder management. Able to balance priorities, build trust across teams, and identify where paid social adds the most strategic value.
- Global coordination. Collaborates effectively across central and local teams—supporting markets while aligning efforts in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Language & working style. You value the benefits of in-office collaboration and teamwork, and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English in a professional setting.
This is not a role for autopilot. It is for someone who knows paid social, takes pride in the details, and knows how to move things forward.
