Global Quality at Vitamin Well Group
At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

We are looking for a skilled quality professional with a background in food and beverages to join our team at Vitamin Well Group HQ in Stockholm. As we scale up product development and international production, maintaining and improving quality across our portfolio is essential. This role is part of the Global Quality, which supports all our brands and markets through quality assurance, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement across regions.
About the role
You will report to the Global Head of Quality and be based at our Stockholm headquarters. Working closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations, you will take responsibility for securing and improving food safety and quality across the product lifecycle.
You will act as the quality lead for selected product categories and suppliers, supporting both new product launches and continuous improvement. This includes hands-on work with co-manufacturers, managing deviations, and contributing to long-term quality strategy.
You will work across the detail and the structure – with products in-market, deadlines that count, and responsibility that is yours.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Act as the quality lead for selected product categories and supplier relationships
- Secure product quality and food safety across development, production, and launch
- Investigate and manage quality deviations with structured root cause analysis
- Collaborate with co-manufacturers and suppliers to improve performance and reduce risk
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulatory frameworks
- Maintain and support internal quality systems and documentation
- Drive internal awareness of quality standards across teams and functions
What you can expect
- Clear ownership in a global quality team with real impact on product delivery
- A role that combines operational work with long-term improvement
- Fast-moving development cycles and frequent product launches
- Daily collaboration across Product, Sourcing, Regulatory, and Operations
- A place where getting things right matters more than making it sound complicated
Who are you
You have solid, hands-on experience in quality roles within the food and beverage industry. You have led or owned quality topics, handled issues from supplier to shelf, and know what good looks like across the full lifecycle.
You are steady, credible, and clear – building trust through knowledge and experience. You bring solutions, not just observations, and know how to prioritise what matters most in a complex environment.
You are confident in technical matters and collaborative in cross-functional work, including with suppliers and production teams.
Essential skills to succeed:
- At least 5 years of work experience in quality roles within the food and/or beverage industry
- University degree required – preferably in food science, nutrition, or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, risk management, and relevant food and/or beverage standards
- Proven ability to solve problems with a practical and structured mindset
- Clear prioritisation skills – focused on what moves the product and business forward
- Professional presence built on experience, judgement, and clarity
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Welcome with your application at the latest September 7th 2025.
We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.
