The role as Sales Representative Retail Antwerp-Leuven
We are looking for a Field Sales Representative Retail for Antwerp-Leuven who will be responsible for developing distribution and sales within the retail channel in the region (supermarkets, convenience, specialty stores). The retail channel is a cornerstone for reaching everyday consumers, and this position is vital to winning visibility and availability for our brands. In this role you will have autonomy and ownership of your local market, with a clear focus on driving sales, opening new accounts, and building strong customer relationships for NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well.

Key Responsibilities include
- Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives and KPI’s in the market by having efficiently planned routes and intentional visits in the region.
- Manage regional distribution and sales of NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well by actively engaging retail customers and wholesalers.
- Consistently collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts.
- Regularly visit clients and conduct follow-up visits to assess needs, manage inventory, enhance sales through upselling/cross-selling, promote trials/samples, and maintain promotion awareness.
- Actively seek out and open new Retail customer accounts, expanding the market presence in your cluster.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely insights to stay competitive.
- Support marketing in developing awareness in your market by managing local sampling team efforts and coordinating relevant activations, events, and demos – also during evenings and weekends.

Who are you
You have at least one year of experience in sales or account management within FMCG, grocery retail or convenience. You understand the market, know the target group, and can turn product knowledge into business. You work in a structured way, take responsibility, and build relationships with both credibility and pace.

Essential skills to succeed
- Minimum one (1) year of sales or account management experience within FMCG, grocery retail or convenience
- Based in Antwerp-Leuven, with a valid Driver’s License and fluency in Dutch and English.
- Team player with commercial acumen and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, winning culture.
