About the role
The Social Media Coordinator position sits within the German Marketing team. You report directly to the Social Media & Content Lead at Barebells Functional Foods Deutschland GmbH.
You will support the day-to-day execution of our Instagram strategy across all three brand accounts (Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells), with a focus on editorial planning, content ideation and creation, uploading, and community management. You will also coordinate the internal creator squad and support launches, content days, and paid formats.
The role is hands-on and data-informed. You monitor trends, translate insights into actionable content ideas, and create concise reports.
Close collaboration with the Social Media & Content Lead, the German Marketing team, the Social team at HQ, Group Marketing in Stockholm, and external partners and creators is essential.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving, creative environment where ideas turn into content that truly connects — live, relevant, and on brand.

Your Responsibilities
- Operational execution of the TikTok and Instagram strategy across all three brands, including editorial calendar creation, content ideation and production, publishing, and post maintenance
- Management of the internal creator squad with coordination, clear communication, structured briefings, and alignment on content priorities
- Support for launches, content days, sampling stunts, and paid formats
- Contribution to partnership content, giveaways, and retail activations
- Community management covering comments, direct messages, timely responses, and proactive community care
- Trend and format research with translation into actionable content ideas
- Support for campaign briefings, content production, and send-outs, plus creation of social reports with KPI documentation, highlights, and trend analyses

- You take ownership—from briefing, prep, shoots/content days and upload to community replies and reporting. Clean organization, reliable timings, and a high quality bar are a given.
- You’re a team player and a clear communicator. You work closely with creators, agencies, and colleagues, give constructive feedback—and take it just as well. On content days, you’re hands-on.
- Your style is proactive, dependable, and pragmatic. When campaigns go live, you’re there—calm, solution-oriented, and detail-driven. You don’t just want things done right—you want them done well.
