Vitamin Well made its debut in the US market in 2019, initially introducing NOCCO, followed by the launch of Barebells in 2020. Since then, the company has witnessed remarkable growth, with its products now widely available across the country in various gyms, gas stations, and grocery stores. Our team is characterized by its high level of engagement, agility, and a shared passion for ensuring our brands become a staple in households across the US.
The US market has rapidly emerged as having one of the most significant volume increases across our markets. In response to this success, we have developed and launched products specifically designed to meet the unique preferences and needs of the US consumer.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate tracking, management, and optimization of inventory across our supply chain. As a member of a fast-paced CPG company, you will work closely with production, logistics, sales, and procurement teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Los Angeles, where you will be part of a small, tight-knit team that works best together face to face. You will report to the Operations Manager.
This is what you can expect to be doing in this position:
Inventory Management
- Review and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns).
 - Monitor stock levels, track replenishment needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
 - Participate in and help manage an ongoing inventory repack/kitting project, coordinating materials, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of rework activities.
 - Set up and manage data within ERP, including inventory items, assemblies, and bills of material.
 - Support inbound & Returns coordination and inventory receipts
 
Data & Systems Oversight
- Utilize ERP or inventory management systems to track product movements.
 - Generate and analyze reports on inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and trends.
 - Support the implementation of process improvements and automation tools for inventory control.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with procurement to track inbound materials and ensure timely replenishment.
 - Partner with sales and operations to align stock levels with demand forecasts.
 - Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage product flow and resolve discrepancies.
 
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure inventory processes align with company policies and industry regulations.
 - Support audits and provide accurate documentation for compliance purposes.
 - Monitor shelf-life, product rotation, and quality standards for CPG products.
 - Support compliance and reporting related to bottle deposit bills across applicable states, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of deposit materials.
 
What you will need to succeed:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or related field (preferred).
 - 3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably within a CPG, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
 - Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
 - Familiarity with EDI and vendor portals.
 
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical mindset—trend analysis, root cause of variances.
 - Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.
 - Strong Excel modelling (Power BI or Tableau) and data reconciliation skills.
 - Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
 - Experience building dashboards for inventory KPIs (turns, aging, fill rate).
 - Knowledge of demand planning, logistics, and warehouse operations is a plus.
 - Process improvement mindset—lean inventory practices, automation tools.
