At Vitamin Well Group’s global headquarters in Stockholm, the Global Product function is responsible for product development, quality, sourcing, supplier relationships, and production capabilities across all brands and markets. As the organisation continues to scale, maintaining and further developing a structured, professional approach to consumer relations is essential.
We are now looking for a Consumer Relations Lead to take end-to-end responsibility for consumer contact across Vitamin Well Group’s brands and markets, ensuring consistent and professional handling of consumer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.

About the role
The Consumer Relations Lead is responsible for the overall setup and development of consumer relations across Vitamin Well Group’s brands and markets. The role ensures that consumer contact is organised as a structured, professional, and scalable function within the organisation.
A key focus for 2026 is the continued adaptation, and training related to the implementation of a new software as the group-wide consumer relations platform, supporting consistent ways of working across markets.
The position sits within the Global Product function and operates at the intersection of Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Communications, Operations, and local markets. The role is based at our global headquarters in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Product Development.
In short your responsibilities will be:
Lead and prioritise the handling of consumer enquiries, feedback, and complaints across markets
Oversee and support daily consumer relations work handled by a junior resource
Act as escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk consumer cases
Safeguard tone of voice and response principles in line with brand and regulatory requirements
Coordinate stakeholders across markets and internal functions to ensure effective case handling
Lead and develop consumer relations processes, systems, and ways of working
Consolidate consumer cases and data into structured insights to support continuous improvement

Essential skills to succeed
Experience within consumer contact, customer relations/service, or a similar function in a structured environment
Experience working with ticketing or CRM systems
Experience working in an international or multi-market environment, with exposure to cross-market coordination and complexity
Strong ability to work with detail, accuracy, and documentation
Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English; additional languages are considered a plus
