Global Quality Specialist at Vitamin Well Group
At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

We are looking for a skilled quality professional to join our team at Vitamin Well Group HQ in Stockholm. As we scale across markets, suppliers and production setups, maintaining quality is less about one standard solution – and more about strong judgement, collaboration and structured decision-making. This role is part of Global Quality, which supports all our brands and markets through quality assurance, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement across regions.
About the role
You will report to the Global Head of Product Development and be based at our Stockholm headquarters. Working closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations, you will take ownership of cross-market, multi-site quality initiatives that cut across teams, timelines and external partners – from early development through in-market follow-up.
You will act as the quality lead for selected product categories and suppliers, supporting both new product launches and continuous improvement. This role is not tied to one partner or one market – you will work with several sites and suppliers across regions, often simultaneous. This includes hands-on work with co-manufacturers, managing deviations, and contributing to long-term quality strategy.
You will work across the detail and the structure – with products in-market, deadlines that matter, and responsibility that is yours.
In short your responsibilities will be:
Act as the quality lead for selected product areas and supplier setups, coordinating stakeholders across development, sourcing and production
Secure product quality and food safety across development, production sites, and market launches
Investigate and manage quality deviations with structured root cause analysis
Collaborate with co-manufacturers and suppliers to improve performance and reduce risk
Ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulatory frameworks
Maintain and support internal quality systems and documentation
Drive internal awareness of quality standards across teams and functions
What you can expect
Clear ownership in a Global Quality team with real impact on product delivery
A role that combines operational work with long-term improvement
Fast-moving development cycles and frequent product launches
Daily collaboration across Product, Sourcing, Regulatory, and Operations
A place where getting things right matters more than making it sound complicated
Who are you
You have solid, hands-on experience in quality roles within manufacturing environments with comparable regulatory and quality demands (food and beverage is a plus). You are comfortable applying quality principles across multiple production sites, suppliers and market contexts, and making decisions that hold across regions.
You have led or owned cross-market quality projects spanning suppliers and production sites, handling issues from supplier to shelf across the full product lifecycle. You are steady, credible, and clear – bringing solutions, not just observations, and prioritising what matters most in a complex environment.
You are confident in technical matters and collaborative in cross-functional work, including with suppliers and production teams.
Essential skills to succeed:
At least five years of work experience in quality roles in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading cross-functional quality projects across multiple production sites, suppliers and markets
University degree required – preferably in food science, nutrition, chemistry, production management or related field
Strong knowledge of quality systems and risk management. Experience from food and/or beverage industry is a plus
Proven ability to solve problems with a practical and structured mindset
Clear prioritisation skills – focused on what moves the product and business forward
Professional presence built on experience, judgement, and clarity
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Welcome with your application at the latest March 4th 2026.
We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application day. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.
