Raw Material Planner - Vitamin Well Group
At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

Behind every product across Vitamin Well Group’s brand portfolio is a dedicated team driving it from concept to shelf. Our Raw Materials, Product & Operations function manages the entire value chain – from ingredient sourcing and packaging solutions to production, quality and delivery.
About the role
As a Raw Material Planner, you will take ownership of planning, securing, and optimizing the supply of raw materials to meet production needs across our operations. You play a key role in ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities - directly impacting production performance and business growth.
The role requires a proactive and analytical approach to balance availability, cost, and inventory efficiency in a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment, where speed and structure go hand in hand. In this role, collaboration is key - you work closely across functions to ensure smooth flows and full transparency from supplier to production.
Key responsibilities include:
Raw material planning: Plan and secure raw material supply based on forecasts, production plans, and lead times to ensure uninterrupted production.
Inventory management: Monitor and optimize raw material inventory levels to balance availability, cost efficiency, and warehouse capacity.
Supplier coordination: Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, manage lead times, and handle deviations or shortages.
Order management: Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
Risk management: Identify potential supply risks and proactively implement mitigation actions to safeguard material availability.
Continuous improvement: Analyze data and processes to improve planning accuracy, reduce waste, and increase supply chain efficiency.
Collaboration: Together with supply planners, sourcing, production, and quality, you ensure alignment and transparency across the value chain.
Who are you
You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or Economics, and have at least two years of experience in raw material planning, supply planning, or a similar supply chain role within a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable working with forecasts, lead times, and inventory data, and understand how raw material availability directly impacts production performance.
You are structured and analytical, but also hands-on and solution-oriented. You take ownership of your work, act early when you see potential risks, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and enjoy improving ways of working through data-driven insights and collaboration.
Essential skills to succeed:
Relevant academic degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or economics.
Experience in raw material planning, supply planning, or related supply chain roles, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage supplier relationships and navigate supply risks.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
