With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.  

The Legal function at Vitamin Well Group is a highly valued business partner, working closely with the entire organisation. The team currently consists of three lawyers based in Stockholm and one in Los Angeles.

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team at our Headquarters in Stockholm. In this role, you will act as a senior legal sparring partner to our innovation, manufacturing and supplier functions, with a strong focus on commercial and operational matters in a high-growth, fast-paced and international FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex agreements relating to product innovation, development and manufacturing across all brands.

• Lead negotiations with strategic counterparties.

• Identify legal, regulatory, commercial and operational risks in innovation, development and manufacturing setups, and recommend pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate legal risk mitigation in international markets and new business initiatives.

• Develop and deliver training, guidance materials and practical tools to increase legal awareness and enable teams to proactively manage legal risks.

• Support the handling of disputes, inquiries and compliance-related matters within the scope of the role.

Who are you

To thrive in this role, we believe you have 7+ years of experience from a law firm and in-house roles – preferably within a product-driven and international environment. You bring:

• Strong expertise in commercial law, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial and operational agreements.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, international stakeholders.

• Solid experience advising the business on commercially driven, operational legal matters in a fast-paced setting.

As a person, you are business-minded, hands-on and proactive, and enjoy being close to the business, turning legal complexity into clear, actionable advice. You are pragmatic and understand that enabling growth requires thoughtful risk assessment, and you are confident in finding the right balance between protecting the business and supporting its ambition.
