Our Digital Sales team operate across markets on a global scope. Together, they drive and scale our D2C and Marketplace business, combining commercial focus with data-driven execution. Digital is a key part of our future growth strategy, and the team plays a central role in accelerating sales, strengthening our direct consumer relationships, and shaping the next phase of our digital journey.
About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives in execution and wants to drive growth across our digital channels.
In this role, you will execute, manage and optimize our performance marketing across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat – with a clear focus on CAC, ROAS, POAS and profitable growth.
You will play a key role in driving digital sales through high-quality campaign execution, testing and continuous optimization.
While the role is primarily operational, you will also contribute with insights and recommendations to improve channel strategy, budget allocation and overall performance.
You will join our growing digital sales team, working closely with internal teams and local markets to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial priorities and deliver strong results.
Key responsibilities
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social and paid search
Drive the use of AI and automation within performance marketing, including smart bidding, creative testing and audience optimization
Own day-to-day campaign management, including setup, budget allocation, bidding, audience segmentation and creative testing
Monitor, analyze and continuously improve performance against KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, POAS and revenue growth
Identify opportunities and provide clear recommendations to improve channel mix, budget allocation and campaign strategy
Support planning and execution of campaign calendars, launches and commercial activations
Work closely with creative, CRM and merchandising teams to ensure aligned messaging and strong full-funnel performance
Contribute to testing frameworks and experimentation to scale what works
Stay up to date with platform developments, trends and best practices
Who are you
You have 4+ years of experience within performance marketing and are confident managing and optimizing campaigns across paid social and paid search.
You are highly hands-on and detail-oriented, and you enjoy working close to the platforms – testing, iterating and continuously improving performance.
You have a strong commercial mindset and understand how to turn performance data into actions that drive scalable growth.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where pace, ownership and results are key.
What you will bring
4–7+ years of hands-on experience within performance marketing, preferably within D2C e-commerce
Strong experience working with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat
Solid understanding of the full e-commerce funnel and how performance marketing drives digital sales
Experience with attribution, tracking and measurement
Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data and KPIs
Experience optimizing towards key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, POAS and revenue growth
A structured and data-driven approach to testing, optimization and scaling
Ability to contribute to strategy through insights and performance analysis
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
