Experience Designer (D2C & Marketplaces) - Barebells

About the role
As Experience Designer, you will design and elevate the customer journey for Barebells across our digital ecosystem. You will work across DTC websites, marketplaces such as Amazon, and CRM touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
You will translate brand strategy into high-performing digital experiences, combining strong design craft with a structured, data-informed approach. Working closely with e-commerce, growth, CRM, and brand teams, you will identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and continuously refine how our digital channels perform.
You will play a key role in ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints, while contributing to improvements in conversion, retention, and overall user experience through thoughtful and well-executed design.
This role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm and reports to the Global Brand Manager Barebells.

Design end-to-end customer journeys across DTC, marketplaces, and CRM channels
Translate brand strategy into consistent and engaging digital experiences across markets
Apply UX and UI best practices to improve usability, clarity, and flow
Use data, insights, and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
Contribute to improving conversion, retention, and overall customer experience through design
Leverage AI tools to support workflows, exploration, and personalisation
Collaborate closely with e-commerce, growth, CRM, and brand teams

Who are you
You are a designer with a strong foundation in UX and UI, and a clear interest in how digital experiences perform. You care about both how things look and how they work, and you are comfortable using data and insights to inform your decisions.
You enjoy working across the full customer journey and collaborating with different functions, bringing a structured and thoughtful approach to improving digital experiences over time.
Essential skills to succeed
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in UX/UI design within DTC, e-commerce, or other conversion-driven digital environments
Strong understanding of UX, UI, and customer journey design
Ability to use data, insights, and testing to inform and improve design decisions
Experience working with modern design tools and workflows
Familiarity with AI tools within design processes
Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
Experience working across multiple markets or brands is an advantage
