About the role

We are looking for an AI Specialist to help identify where AI can create impact and turn those opportunities into practical solutions across our teams.

In this role, you will be the bridge between AI capability and business reality. You spot opportunities, bring teams along for the ride, and build what’s needed to make it happen. You will work closely with commercial, operational and functional teams across our markets, ensuring that solutions are relevant and used in practice. You will also share insights, use cases, and recommendations with stakeholders.

Staying up to date on new tools and capabilities is a natural part of how you operate, and you use these insights to continuously develop how we work with AI.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive opportunities to automate and improve ways of working across teams using AI

• Onboard and support teams in adopting AI tools and agents in their day-to-day work

• Build and adapt AI solutions and automations in collaboration with teams across functions and markets

• Analyze business data and surface insights that drive commercial decisions

• Build reports and lightweight data models where needed

Who you are

You are energized by getting others to work smarter with AI, not just using it yourself. You understand business problems and know how to translate them into solutions that create real impact in day-to-day work.

You combine hands-on technical skills with a clear way of communicating, and know how to make what you build easy to understand and use.

What you will bring

• Experience working with AI tools, LLMs or automation in a commercial or analytical context

• Hands-on skills in Python and SQL, comfortable building, not just advising

• Ability to communicate complex technology in simple, actionable terms to non-technical stakeholders

• Interest in or experience with AI agents and workflow automation

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
