With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

As Vitamin Well, Barebells, and NOCCO continue to grow in the Benelux market, we are strengthening our organisation to support the next phase.
We are now looking for a Head of Social Marketing to lead marketing across the Benelux region, using social media as the primary driver and shaping how our brands grow through communities, collaborations and activation.

About the role
As Head of Social Marketing Benelux, you will drive the growth and brand presence of Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells in the markets. This is a social-first role for someone who understands how to build relevance in lifestyle-driven brands and translate that into impact. You are responsible for the full marketing scope in Benelux, with social as the core driver, supported by events and activation.
You will lead and develop the local social marketing team, strengthening current capabilities while scaling and adapting the team in line with the continued growth of the Benelux market.
You will lead the implementation of the global social strategy and translate it into locally relevant plans and actions. Everything from direction and planning, to content, publishing, and performance, ensuring our brands remain relevant and commercially strong across platforms.
You will work within global brand direction and frameworks, with ownership of how campaigns and launches are executed and developed in the Benelux market. The role is based at our Benelux hub in central Amsterdam and reports directly to the Managing Director Benelux.
In this role you will
Lead and develop the Benelux social marketing team
Full responsibility for team structure, priorities, and scope across social, content, community and activation
Set clear ways of working and raise the level of output as the market grows
Set the social direction for the market
Keep social at the core of campaigns and communication
Translate global strategies into locally relevant, social-first execution
Define how our brands are represented across platforms and in culture
Unlock growth across platforms
Identify and act on opportunities across organic and paid social
Continuously develop formats, platforms, and creator collaborations
Content, platforms, and output
Lead planning, production, and publishing across relevant platforms
Ensure content is audience-focused and platform-native
Shape paid social direction in collaboration with performance and DTC
Performance and impact
Be accountable for engagement, reach, growth, and conversion
Turn performance insights into clear actions and improvements
Ensure social contributes to both brand building and commercial results
Activation and market presence
Connect social with events, partnerships, and retail execution
Execute campaigns and launches with strong local relevance
Build brand presence through activation, collaboration, and community

Who you are
You are a social-first marketing professional with a strong understanding of how brands grow through content, platforms, and communities. You combine hands-on experience with a commercial mindset and a clear sense of what strong brand presence looks like. You are confident deciding what to push, what to change, and what to stop.
You are comfortable leading a team and setting direction, while staying close enough to the work to ensure quality and relevance.
You are socially and culturally aware, with a strong understanding of how brands should show up across channels, especially in social media and digital — and how to collaborate and partner with specialists and creators to make it work.
To succeed in this role, you likely have
5+ years of experience within social media, marketing, or brand activation, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle, or sports, with ownership of campaigns or channels
Strong hands-on experience with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, including campaigns, collaborations, and content direction
An existing network, or proven ability to build relationships, within fitness, lifestyle, or relevant communities
Ability to prioritise and create impact in a fast-moving environment with limited resources
Experience leading or guiding a team, with a clear and pragmatic leadership style
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions
Fluency in English and Dutch
