As our Paid Social Media Specialist at Vitamin Well Group Headquarters in Stockholm, you will play a key role as the go-to expert for paid media, with a focus on Meta platforms. You will coordinate paid media activities across markets, train teams in subsidiaries, and ensure their success through your expertise.

This is a newly created position where you will take ownership of our paid media strategy and execution, ensuring its success across markets. Acting as the in-house expert, you will coordinate activities, provide training for local teams, and maintain alignment with business goals. Your focus will be on optimising campaigns, leveraging platform partnerships (primarily Meta), and driving measurable results. You will be part of our Marketing Organisation at HQ Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Platform Expertise: Act as the in-house specialist on Meta Business Center and other digital platforms, building strong partnerships and staying ahead of platform innovations.
- Ownership of Paid Media: Coordinate and execute all activities across the paid social media spectrum.
- Campaign Optimisation: Manage media buys, refine strategies for maximum ROI, and achieve key performance metrics, including CPA and CPC.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain a centralised dashboard to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Training and Coordination: Train and support subsidiary teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of paid media activities across markets.
What You Will Achieve
- First 6 Months: Establish relationships with Meta and other platforms, execute on paid media actions, and set up a real-time performance reporting system.
- 6-12 Months: Optimise processes, strengthen collaboration with regional teams, and prepare for scaling.
- 12 Months and beyond: Roll out a paid media framework to support entry into new and existing markets, and implement advanced performance tracking to continually enhance ROI.
About You
We are looking for a specialist who is:
- Experienced in Paid Media: You have proven expertise in Meta’s tools and a track record of managing high-performing campaigns.
- Data-Driven and Analytical: You excel at turning performance metrics into actionable strategies.
- Hands-On and Detail-Oriented: You are comfortable managing campaign details directly and refining them for maximum impact.
- Collaborative and Supportive: You enjoy working with diverse teams, supporting them, and enabling their success.
To succeed you have most likely have more then 10 years of work experience and a successful track record of managing Paid Social Media in a growth or scale up setting.
