Vitamin Well Group is seeking a Creative Strategist to play a vital role in bridging creativity, brand strategy, and commercial goals. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting ideas, challenging conventions, and driving impactful results. As part of this global role, you will ensure that our creative strategies deliver consistency and impact across diverse international markets.
About the Role:
As our Creative Strategist, you will be the enabler of seamless collaboration between teams and markets, the translator who ensures creative concepts resonate across business functions, and the anchor who secures alignment and support from key stakeholders. You will help articulate the value of creative strategies, foster understanding across departments, and ensure buy-in for bold, innovative campaigns.
In addition, you will work closely with design and brand to refine processes, develop the function, and challenge the status quo. Your fresh perspective will help us continually evolve, ensuring our creative strategies remain innovative and effective.
What You Will Do:
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong connections between Creative, Brand & Innovation, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment, shared goals, and seamless campaign execution.
- Translate Vision into Action: Clearly articulate creative strategies to diverse stakeholders, making ideas actionable, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a unifying force to secure trust, understanding, and consensus for creative concepts that deliver measurable business impact.
- Challenge the Status Quo: Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas to challenge existing processes, fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement.
- Support and Collaborate: Partner with Art, Creative, Design, and Brand teams to deliver campaigns that captivate audiences, achieve strategic goals, and drive results.
- Optimise Performance: Monitor campaign success, leverage data-driven insights, and implement enhancements to elevate creative effectiveness and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Strategic Visionary: With 10+ years of experience in creative and marketing strategy—likely blending agency expertise with in-house experience—you excel at combining big-picture vision with practical, results-driven execution.
- A Collaborative Partner: You thrive in team environments, enabling cross-functional collaboration and fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- A Translator of Ideas: Proven ability to distil creative strategies into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
- An Exceptional Communicator: Skilled at inspiring understanding and buy-in across teams, from creative minds to commercial leaders.
- An Analytical Problem-Solver: Strong ability to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- A Forward-Thinking Innovator: Proactive in challenging norms, improving workflows, and driving positive change within a dynamic environment.
- A Creative Mindset: You possess a keen creative eye and an understanding of design perspectives, enabling you to evaluate and enhance the visual and conceptual direction of campaigns.
