We are seeking a skilled and creative Designer to join our dynamic in-house studio at Vitamin Well Group. In this role, you will be the primary designer for one of our core brands, responsible for crafting high-quality designs that bring its visual identity to life.

You will oversee the design pipeline and all creative projects for one of our global brands. You will create many assets yourself, you will also collaborate with our in-house studio —including motion artists, photographers, final art specialists, and production leaders—to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and are delivered on time.

Partnering with a dedicated Global Brand Manager, you will shape a cohesive visual identity that resonates across markets, platforms, and formats. Your ability to conceptualise fresh ideas, manage workflows, and deliver outstanding designs will be key to thriving in this role.

What You Will Do:

• Design with Purpose: Oversee and lead the creation of visually striking designs across digital, social media, print, event, merchandise and packaging that embody the brand’s personality and vision.
• Think Creatively: Bring bold concepts and breath taking designs to the table and translate ideas into compelling visuals that captivate and engage audiences.
• Maintain Visual Integrity: Use your keen design eye to ensure all outputs meet the highest standards and align with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate Closely: Partner with the Global Brand Manager to align creative work with brand strategies and objectives, ensuring every piece resonates with its intended audience.
• Stay Inspired: Keep up with design trends and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to keep the brand dynamic and forward-thinking.

What We Are Looking For:

• A strong background in design, ideally with +5 years of agency experience.
• The ability to think conceptually and develop ideas that go beyond execution, telling a story through design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a flair for creating original, high-quality designs across digital, print, social media, and packaging.
• An exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to craft cohesive visual identities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life.
