Join Us as a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator
– Drive Efficiency and Growth in Switzerland!
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our success story in Switzerland. With an established presence and a dedicated local team of around 40 employees across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR, we are focused on strengthening our market position and expanding the reach of Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an agile mindset, and is passionate about optimizing logistics and customer service processes. You will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing supply chain efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting our growing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Logistics & Order Management
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, issue invoices, and ensure stock reconciliation. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth fulfillment.
- Logistics Optimization: Improve processes to reduce costs and enhance delivery efficiency. Solve operational challenges proactively.
- Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Maintain accurate stock levels and collaborate with warehouse teams using WMS.
- HQ Alignment: Ensure consistency in logistics processes with HQ operations.
Customer Service & Support
- Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, provide excellent D2C support, and manage communication professionally.
- Delivery Support: Track and resolve delivery issues, manage quality reporting, and handle complaints efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure quick resolution of queries and contribute to service improvements.
- Database & Credit Management: Maintain customer records, process invoices, and handle credit tasks.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2 -5 years experience in supply chain, order management, or procurement, preferably in FMCG.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is required.

- Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Work Environment: Prior experience in a fast-paced, agile setting.
