Operations Specialist, International Markets to Vitamin Well Group!

We provide products in over 40 markets, with an HQ in Stockholm and offices in over ten countries around Europe, North America, MENA region and Asia Pacific.

Do you have experience in operations or supply chain and want to take the next step in an international environment, optimising processes, improving workflows, and collaborating with markets across the world?

We are looking for a driven and analytical individual to take on the newly created role of Operations Specialist, International Markets. You will be a key link between our international markets and HQ, working on inventory optimisation, supply chain management, and business support, while leading projects that enhance our operational workflows. The role is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm and reports directly to the Head of Operations International Markets.
What will you be doing?
Your first months with us will be focused on understanding our operational flows and processes, building relationships with our subsidiaries, and becoming a key player in our team. As you settle into the role, your responsibilities will grow, giving you the opportunity to drive initiatives, take ownership, and influence the way we work globally. You will be part of a fast-moving organisation, where you will both support existing processes and help shape the way we work in the future.
The role of Operations Specialis, International Markets includes:
- Production and inventory management: Assisting with forecasting and production planning, analysing stock levels, and identifying risks to ensure optimal flows and delivery accuracy.
- Supporting daily operations and process optimisation: Ensuring efficient workflows between our markets and HQ, driving process improvements, and implementing new tools to streamline our operations.
- Inventory Closing: Ensure that inventory closing are carried out correctly on a monthly and yearly basis by supporting our subsidiaries, identifying potential discrepancies, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- System Guidance: Provide support and guidance to subsidiaries in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) when needed.
- Financial follow-up and analysis: Contributing to financial tracking by participating in monthly and annual closing processes, compiling data, and analysing costs related to logistics and operations.
- Communication and coordination: Acting as a key point of contact between subsidiaries, operations, sales, and finance, ensuring effective and aligned processes.
- Project management and business support: Leading and driving operational initiatives, tracking deadlines, and ensuring structured implementation of process improvements.
What You Bring?
You are a structured and curious person with an analytical mindset and a strong drive to develop. You thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate easily with others, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in an operational role within supply chain, demand planner, project management, consultancy, or operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
- A structured approach with the ability to manage data and reporting with accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in process improvements and workflow efficiency.
- Previous experience working with ERP-systems is considered a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in a professional setting is required. To hit the ground running, you should also be fluent in Swedish or, alternatively, comfortable communicating in a work setting. Additional language skills are highly valued.
