With the introduction of Vitamin Well, NOCCO and Barebells, our presence in APAC has grown rapidly. Now active in six markets, our ambition is clear: to win consumers' hearts across the region through strong marketing initiatives and strategic distributor alliances.
We are now looking for a driven Sales Manager Distributor Markets Asia to accelerate this journey—expanding our market presence, strengthening our distributor network, and ensuring our products reach more consumers. This is a newly created role with the unique opportunity to shape our expansion strategy in APAC from the ground up.
What to Expect
This is your chance to take ownership and make an immediate impact. You will partner with our Managing Director APAC to quickly grasp our strategy and hit the ground running.
Your mission: drive sales, open doors, and maximize opportunities. You will build strong relationships with distributors and key retailers like NTUC and DFI Retail Group, ensuring optimal visibility and sell-through. You will also work hands-on to execute our go-to-market strategy and drive performance.
This role is for someone who thrives in a greenfield environment—breaking new ground and driving aggressive growth. If you are highly proactive, commercially sharp, and eager to expand our presence in Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Market Growth & Expansion – Strengthen distributor networks, drive key retail partnerships, and expand into new markets.
- Sales & Commercial Execution – Own and negotiate terms with distributors coupled with strong sell-in and sell-out strategies with retailers
- Financial & Strategic Planning – Manage sales budgets, optimize pricing, and leverage market insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, operations, and finance to maximize execution impact.
- Performance Optimization – Monitor distributor performance and implement continuous growth strategies.
Who You Are
A results-driven sales leader with a track record of growing businesses and opening new markets. You bring deep FMCG experience, strong negotiation skills, and a sharp commercial instinct.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Sales & Distributor Management: Proven success in driving sales and managing key accounts in FMCG.
- Strategic & Hands-On Approach: Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Asian retail landscape and experience with major retailers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze sales trends and optimize strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience collaborating across marketing, trade marketing, operations, and finance.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
