About the role

As our new Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Finnish marketing team. The position is broad and ideal for someone who enjoys variety – roughly 50% of your time will involve handling office-related tasks, and the other 50% will focus on assisting with marketing activities.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting the team during product launches and events – ordering products, coordinating deliveries, and receiving shipments.
• Make sure our communication flows smoothly – from sending info emails to following up on claims and coordinating practical service matters
• Managing office admin and agreements (e.g. with landlords, insurance providers, car fleet, warehouse storage, postal services, and invoices).
  

Who you are

This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous experience from a similar role – maybe within marketing, coordination, events or office support. You’ve likely been part of a fast-moving team before and are comfortable handling both practical tasks and internal communication.

To succeed in this role, we believe you're someone who enjoys taking ownership and gets things done. You’re structured, proactive, and like keeping track of many things at once – even when plans change quickly. You have a positive mindset, an eye for detail, and a hands-on attitude that makes you a reliable team player.

You're fluent in both Finnish and English, and feel confident working independently as well as in collaboration with others. A relevant educational background in marketing, communications, business or similar is a strong plus, but your personality, drive and experience will matter just as much.
