With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

As part of the next phase of growth in Spain, we are strengthening the operational backbone of our field organisation. We are now hiring a Sales Coordinator to ensure consistency, accuracy and follow-up across all sales processes — with a clear focus on CRM, reporting and internal coordination.
This is a new role, reporting to the Field Sales Manager and based in Madrid. You will support the day-to-day operations of a national team of field sales representatives and merchandisers, and work cross-functionally with local marketing, operations and finance. You will also act as the main point of contact for our HQ CRM and BI teams during the ongoing Salesforce implementation.
In short, your responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate daily sales operations across field sales and merchandising, working closely with the Field Sales Manager
- Support the implementation and internal rollout of Salesforce, including user setup, training coordination and follow-up
- Maintain and update sales documentation, customer account information and pricing accuracy
- Build and maintain reporting routines, support sales tracking and performance follow-up
- Organise internal sales meetings, training sessions and key activity planning
- Act as the local point of contact for HQ CRM and BI teams, and collaborate with local marketing, operations and finance

Who are you
You are structured, proactive and solutions-focused. You enjoy working across teams, keeping commercial operations on track and building routines that make a difference. You have a natural eye for detail and take ownership of getting things done — accurately, efficiently and on time.
Essential skills to succeed:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, commercial support or operations — ideally within FMCG, retail, consumer goods or other fast-paced, growth-focused environments
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce, and confidence working with data and reporting
- Familiarity with sales processes such as order flow, pricing, and customer admin
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
