Our presence in Switzerland is growing, with a strong focus on building market share for NOCCO – our leading performance beverage brand. Based in Zurich, the Swiss team drives local execution while aligning with global strategy, ensuring that every market initiative strengthens the brand’s relevance and impact.
About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Activation Manager to lead the development of NOCCO’s brand presence in Switzerland through field activations, events, ambassador programmes, and community engagement. This is a field-driven role requiring a high level of autonomy, ownership, and an understanding of brand experience at consumer level.
You will report to the Head of Marketing, Switzerland, and be based at our Zurich office. Travel is expected as part of your role. Some people sip NOCCO. Others live it. You will know exactly who is who — and how to reach them.
In short your responsibilities will be:
- Lead the local activation of NOCCO — ensuring brand presence, relevance, and visibility across key communities and touchpoints.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities and events that create impact and drive consumer engagement.
- Manage and develop a network of brand ambassadors aligned with NOCCO’s positioning and values.
- Establish and grow partnerships with gyms, event organisers, and relevant lifestyle communities.
- Ensure alignment between local market execution and HQ brand strategy, providing insights and feedback from the field.
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute local content ideas and support social media execution.
- Oversee budgets and project timelines with accuracy, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

You are structured, hands-on, and take ownership. You think ahead, act quickly, and know how to build brand presence where it counts.
You are outgoing and genuinely enjoy connecting with new people — whether it is building ambassador networks, securing partnerships, or engaging on-site. You know how to turn relationships into brand impact.
You understand how communities are built through consistent action. You move confidently between fieldwork and planning, representing the local market while aligning with global direction.
Essential skills to succeed:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, events, or community activation.
- Strong communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
- Able to collaborate with internal teams to contribute relevant, field-driven input for social content.
- Confident working across local market execution and global brand direction.
