Vitamin Well Group is looking for a new colleague to join our Strategic Sourcing team at the Stockholm headquarters – someone with a strong commercial mindset who’s ready to take ownership and contribute both to daily operations and long-term development.
About the role
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and developing Vitamin Well Group’s external production setup. You will work closely with our co-manufacturers and internal teams to ensure that our products are made with high quality, on time and in line with commercial needs. This means handling negotiations, communication and follow-ups, and supporting continuous improvements in ways of working.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in Product Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure a smooth end-to-end process from production planning to product availability in our markets.
This is a role with broad exposure, where you will combine structure with flexibility, and have the opportunity to grow your ownership over time. You will contribute both to operational execution and to developing how we work with our co-manufacturing partners long term.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected external manufacturing partners
- Coordinate production and delivery planning in close alignment with internal stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance and drive proactive issue resolution
- Contribute to supplier evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and refine tools, processes, and documentation supporting external manufacturing operations
- Support cross-functional projects, including onboarding of new partners, product changes, and market expansion initiatives
Who are you
You have a degree in business, supply chain, engineering or a related field. Over the past 3–5 years, you’ve likely built experience in areas such as sourcing, product or category management, or coordinating cross-functional projects - ideally in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. Perhaps you bring a mix of consulting and in-house experience, combining the analytical mindset of project-based work with hands-on execution and close collaboration across teams and external partners.
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious person who’s ready to take on broader responsibility. You’re structured, proactive and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. You communicate clearly and professionally in English and enjoy working closely with others to drive things forwards. You take initiative, follow through, and contribute actively to improving how we work. We see this as a role for someone who is eager to grow, deliver real impact, and help shape our ways of working.
