We are not here to blend in, we are here to grow.

The role as Operations Manager – Benelux
This new role as Operations Manager will be central to leading and developing our operations in the Benelux region. You will have overall responsibility for demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and 3PL logistics, and report directly to the Managing Director Benelux.
Working closely with Sales, HQ, and external logistics partners, you will ensure product availability and drive operational efficiency. A key part of your mission is to build and develop a local operations team, with a focus on customer service and supply chain processes, ensuring they are structured for both current needs and future growth. The position is based at our Benelux headquarters in Amsterdam.
From day one, you will have the opportunity to shape and improve our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. In short your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure seamless execution across demand planning, procurement, logistics (including 3PL) and inventory management, balancing product availability, operational efficiency, and cost control.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration, providing operational insights and improvements to sales, marketing, and finance, while working closely with HQ to leverage best practices.
- Own the operations budget and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify improvements, optimize performance, and support sustainable growth.
- Drive customer service and supply chain excellence, ensuring smooth order handling, on-time delivery, and high service levels.
- Build and lead a high-performing Benelux operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you can expect
- A central role in building and shaping our Benelux operations, with direct impact on efficiency and growth.
- The opportunity to establish and lead a local operations team from the ground up.
- A dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made quickly and execution matters.
- Close collaboration with international colleagues and the chance to contribute to the success of strong, well-recognised brands.
Who are you
We believe that you bring both solid operational experience and the right mindset to thrive in this role. You enjoy creating structure, driving improvements, and working closely with others to make operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a mix of analytical ability and hands-on execution, you are motivated by contributing to both day-to-day excellence and long-term growth.
Essential skills to succeed
- At least 4 years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or demand planning.
- Experience from the FMCG industry (beverage, food, or other consumer goods) is highly valuable.
- Demonstrated leadership capability – such as setting up teams, establishing new structures, or driving cross-functional improvements.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and logistics partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
