In the UK and Ireland, NOCCO launched in 2018 followed shortly by Barebells. Vitamin Well joined the portfolio as the third brand in April 2023. Today, the brands have become favourites across fitness, retail and lifestyle. We are a fast-paced, growing company driven by health, performance and great taste.
We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to help strengthen our presence and bring our brands to life across the UK (& Ireland).

About the role
As Marketing Assistant UK&I, you will play an active role in bringing our brands to life through events & activations, community management and everyday marketing initiatives. You will be part of the Marketing Team based in London, reporting to the Head of Marketing UKI. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend and travel commitments during event and launch periods.
Your focus is to make things happen – from supporting events to managing the community and keeping daily marketing operations running smoothly. You get things done, and you make them count.
In short, your responsibilities across all 3x brands will include:
- Support the planning and execution of events, activations, product launches and content days
- Organise and manage community events independently
- Coordinate product send-outs, event materials and manage marketing kit logistics
- Assist in managing the social media community and digital sampling across Instagram and TikTok
- Own and manage the customer service emails and queries
- Build up a pool of student ambassadors as well as coordinate, train and develop the small group of student ambassadors (3-5x)
- Manage budgets with responsibility, transparency and accuracy
- Make sure our London office lives up to the look & feel of all our 3x brands
- Professionally (and passionately!) always represent the business and brands, be the ultimate brand guardian and advocate both internally and externally on all three brands

Who are you

Essential skills to succeed:
- 1-2 years of work experience with hands-on involvement in marketing, brand support, or event coordination within FMCG or lifestyle brands (or maybe you’re just a super enthusiastic graduate!)
- Genuine interest in sports, fitness and wellness
- Well organised and structured, but able to cope with ambiguity
- Able to use your own initiative, not wait to be told
- High standards for your work and strive to deliver excellence
- Strong and clear communication skills
- An open and friendly personality that empowers and challenges others
- Valid driving license
- Flexibility to travel across the UK for events (and sometimes also to Ireland)
