Social Media & Content Coordinator - Vitamin Well Norway

We are looking for a bubbly, smart and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team and support the continued growth of our brands in Norway. You will play an important role in how our brands show up across social platforms, connecting with communities who share our passion for fitness, wellness and lifestyle.
About the role
You will be the main point of contact for social media in Norway and work independently with the day-to-day execution of social media channels for three brands on TikTok and Instagram. You will lead and coordinate local part-time content creators, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure relevant, on-brand content.
You are an energy-filled, trend-driven content creator who understands how TikTok works in practice – from filming and editing to posting, reacting and learning from performance. You know how to create content that feels native to the platform while still being clearly and consistently on brand.
You will execute and adapt global social media strategies, campaigns and guidelines into relevant content for the Norwegian market, while also identifying local trends and cultural moments within the brand framework, in close collaboration with the global social media team. The role reports to the Marketing Manager Norway & Finland and is part of the marketing team based in Oslo.
What you will be working on:
Social media
Execute the social media plan for Norway across TikTok and Instagram, based on global strategy and local priorities, with a focus on engagement and reachContent creation and planning
Create, edit and repurpose content and maintain a consistent content flow. Leverage events, ambassadors, partners, shoots, retail listings, e-commerce opportunities, community engagement and trending topicsCampaign alignment
Collaborate with the local marketing team to align content with key campaign moments across all three brands, such as product launches, events and global campaignsInfluencer collaborations
Coordinate and manage short-term collaborations with influencers and content creators on TikTok and InstagramCommunity management
Actively engage with our online audience by responding to comments, direct messages and tagged postsPerformance follow-up
Follow up on social media performance and share weekly reports and insights with the local and global teams
While this is primarily a Monday-to-Friday role, travel and weekend work may be required.
Who are you
We believe that your background includes around 1–2 years of experience working with social media or digital marketing. You are comfortable working independently in a local role, while collaborating closely with global teams and stakeholders.
You are passionate about an active lifestyle and well-being and connect naturally with our brands and audiences. Organised, detail-oriented and proactive, you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hands-on and curious approach.
Essential skills to succeed
Professional Social media and digital marketing experience (minimum 1-2 years), proven work with consumer brands is preferred, not a must.
Experience creating content across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, STRAVA, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Understanding of paid advertising and experience with Meta Business Suite is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
Passion for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and the sports community
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
A valid driver’s licence
