With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

Vitamin Well Group has established a local subsidiary to accelerate growth in the Benelux region. With Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO continuing to gain traction, we are now looking for a Sales Representative Retail to take full ownership of the Antwerp–Leuven area.
This is a hands-on field sales role with real responsibility from day one, suited for someone who treats their territory like a business and takes pride in outperforming the market.

The role as Sales Representative Retail Antwerp-Leuven
As Sales Representative Retail for Antwerp–Leuven, you own the retail performance of your territory across supermarkets, convenience and specialty stores. Retail is where our brands win or lose, and your job is to make sure they win.
You plan your routes, prioritise your accounts and make commercial decisions about where to invest your time to drive the biggest impact.
Your focus is clear: grow distribution, increase volume and secure strong in-store execution for NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well. You will work close to customers, close to the shelf and close to the numbers.
Key Responsibilities include
Own volume, distribution and visibility across your territory, with clear monthly targets and accountability for results
Manage retail and wholesale customers, building long-term relationships that deliver results
Secure weekly orders and grow existing accounts through smart prioritisation
Visit stores consistently to follow up, manage availability, improve placement and activate promotions
Open new retail accounts and expand our footprint in your area
Track competitor activity and market trends and translate insights into action
Support local marketing efforts through sampling, activations and demos, including occasional evenings and weekends

Who are you
You have experience from sales or account management within FMCG, grocery retail or convenience and you are comfortable working independently in the field. You understand how stores operate, how decisions are made and what it takes to win space on shelf.
You are structured, accountable and commercially sharp. You enjoy being in stores, talking to people and getting things done. You plan well, execute cleanly and do not wait to be told what to do next.
You connect with brands that sit at the intersection of sports, lifestyle and everyday consumption, and you understand how that translates to retail.
Essential skills to succeed
At least one year of experience in FMCG sales or account management within retail or convenience
Based in the Antwerp–Leuven area, with a valid driving licence
Fluent in Dutch and English
Commercial, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where results matter
